Boiler auxiliary equipment

We carry out design and supply of the boiler auxiliary equipment, including:

• fuel preparation and fuel supply systems;

• combustion systems, including furnace burner units;

• draft equipment;

• water treatment systems;

• systems of fuel oil and/or gas-handling facility;

• automatic process control systems and instrumentation and automated control systems;

• flue gas cleaning systems (electrofilters, NOx and CO inhibition systems);

• flue gas heat recovery systems;

• flue gas ducts;

• other boiler auxiliary equipment required as by the customer/general designer.

Design work:

• from development of the boiler island design philosophy to detailed design;

• integrated 3D-design of the facilities based on PDMS AVEVA solutions;

• design of the steam boilers for the fossil fuel and industrial gas operated stations;

• design of the waste heat boilers for H-class gas turbines for construction of new stations and reconstruction of existing stations;

• package design solutions for reconstruction and upgrading of the existing thermal power plants, including solution of the tasks related to improvement of the boiler operation parameters: improvement of steam production, increase of efficiency and reduction of NOx and CO emissions;

• design of high and low pressure internal boiler house and plantwide high and low pressure pipelines.
